The costs of shipping your new puppy are met by the buyer.

We will contact you to let you know your new family member has arrived as soon as the babies born. And whether or not we can offer you the puppy of your choose.

 

By not being fussy about colour or sex you have more of a chance of receiving a puppy but if you are set on a colour or sex you will need to have your name at the top of the waiting list as it is first in first served

We offer a limited guarantee for our dogs.

Your puppy will be assessed by my vet prior to sale and certified to be in excellent heath; nevertheless the purchaser has five (5) working days in which to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of their choice and at their expense. If the puppy should be found to be in an unacceptable state and a written veterinary statement is provided, then I the breeder will give a full reimbursement of the purchase price on return of the live puppy and its papers.

Returning the puppy to the breeder is at the buyers' expense. The breeder will not be held accountable for any accident or injury incurred once the puppy leaves the breeder's care.This includes failed to follow our written advice on diet and feed your puppy, exercise restrictions &/or weight guidelines

All puppies' parents have been screened for hereditary diseases. However, there is no guarantee that some of these diseases will not affect the puppy due to external factors such as inappropriate diet, exercise and environment.

The puppy is guaranteed against any genetic problems that are proven to be exclusively of genetic derivation. We will offer a replacement puppy from the first available litter, OR   refund of the purchase price, providing that written statements of any defect is certified by two veterinarians of the breeder's choice.

The breeder will not be responsible for any veterinary or other costs incurred by the purchaser.
